Browsing the site, or submitting an inquiry through it, does not create a client, brokerage, or advisory relationship. Our services are provided only under separate written agreements.

03Domain listings and pricing

Domains presented on this site are invitations to inquire, not binding offers to sell. Availability, pricing, and terms may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Some domains are offered on behalf of third-party owners. Any sale or purchase of a domain closes only under a separate written purchase agreement, typically through a licensed escrow service, and no transaction is final until that agreement is executed and funds and the asset have transferred.

Content on this site—including content about domain valuation and appraisals—is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Defining provides valuation services and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Consult your own advisors before acting on anything you read here.

05Intellectual property

The site and its content—text, design, graphics, and marks including the Defining name and DomainFirst™—are owned by Defining or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.
