One Month, Two Thousand Leads

Founded in 1945, Cantor Fitzgerald has a rich history as an iconic Wall Street financial services firm, focusing on equities, fixed income, currencies and investment banking. Real Estate was part of their focus, but certainly not something for which they were well known.

Cantor came to us to change that and at the same time, drive new business to their Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund, composed exclusively of real estate being developed in distressed areas of the country. We worked closely with Cantor to develop an engaging campaign designed to both generate brand awareness of Cantor’s emerging real estate offering, while identifying new potential investors in their innovative QOZ Fund.

Combining educational and beautifully designed content with a carefully crafted lead-generation campaign strategy, we delivered hundreds of thousands of brand impressions, while also increasing the database of qualified leads by 1,637 new records and drove 341 Sales Qualified Form Fills.
